What you will learn
-How to bake the perfect chocolate cake
-How to make and flavour chocolate ganache
-How to cut and fill your cake with ganache and finish with a perfect crumb coat
-How to cover your cake flawlessly with chocolate fondant or ganache
We will cover how to temper chocolate and use various methods of decorating your chocolate cake.
This is a 'hands on course', but because the focus of this course is on decorating your cake, we will demonstrate how to bake your cake and then we will continue working on pre-baked sponge.
