You will discover the “Manze lacaze” (typical homemade meal) like the famous Creole sausages rougaille (stew), cabbage and salted fish Cangraillé, the traditional chicken curry or the Creole wild deer salmi!
Meals are not spicy which makes it ideal for kids as well.
The menu at Escale Creole is the typical Creole menu which consists of simple and tasty dishes with basic items such as rice, lentils or beans, hot veggies and chutneys
